Elective course for broker's license. This course assumes that the student has exposure to the appraisal field and is specifically interested in the appraisal of income producing properties. This is a second level course covering the appraisal process and the different approaches, methods, and techniques used to determine the value of income producing properties. This course is not designed to provide the student with all the skill and knowledge necessary to prepare income property appraisals, but the student should have an understanding of the concepts and practices of income producing real estate appraisals (Idaho Real Estate Commission Aug. 28, 2007)
