COURSE OBJECTIVES The Negotiations and Closing course prepares newly licensed real estate agents to successfully negotiate on behalf of their client, and finalize the transaction through closing. At the completion of the course, participants will: ► Negotiate real estate transactions with emotional neutrality. ► Negotiate offers on behalf of the buyer and/or seller. ► Handle face-to-face and escrow closings to complete the transaction. ► Prepare settlement statements reflecting debits and credits. ► Resolve all contingencies stipulated in the purchase agreement. ► Explain Good Faith Estimates and final closing costs.
