For a Broker's License?Idaho requires an additional 90 hours of training. The quickest way to get your brokers licensee is to take Real Estate Law, Brokerage Management, Real Estate Finance and an elective of either Valuation & Analysis or the GRI Mod 1 & 2. The rules do change from time to time so please contact the Idaho Real Estate Commission if you have any questions.How long is the prelicense course?45 hours per module or 90 hours total for mod 1 & 2 plus exam.Each day: 8am- 6pm with a 45 minute lunch. Who are your instructors?All instructors are certified with the Idaho Real Estate Commission. They are top performers and industry experts that know the Idaho market.Are books included?ICI includes the books in Pre-License classes.What books are included?Idaho Practices and Law & modern Real Estate Practice 16th edition. We also include the course outline, a copy of the current Idaho Laws and the Idaho Exam Prep Guide from Dearborn.Do I need a study guide?The Idaho Exam Prep study guide is included in the cost of the class. You may also choose to purchase additional materials although they are not required.
